It is forbidden to work in the environment of inflammable, explosive and corrosive media.
LX Type Single Girder Overhead Beam Bridge Suspension Crane With Hoist (hereinafter referred to as the crane) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard jb2603-2008, and is used in conjunction with CD1, MD1 and other forms of electric hoist, becoming a light and small rail-running crane. Its applicable lifting weight is: 0.5t-5t, applicable span is 3-16m, and the working environment temperature is within the range of -20-+40 degrees.

Product Characteristics

This product is a general purpose crane, mostly used in mechanical manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, caves and other places. The crane is mainly composed of bridge (metal structure) electric hoist, operating mechanism, electrical equipment and other four parts. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:
1. Metal structure

3. Operating mechanism
The product is driven in the form of separate drive, the drive brake is completed by the conical brake motor, and the drive is driven by the "one open one closed" gear, the specific structure is almost completely the same as the CD1, MD1 electric hoist running car.
4. Electrical equipment
This product is ground control situation, motor squirrel cage, electrical control is simple, users can according to figure 1, figure 2 to assemble electrical appliances, wire laying see the electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram. The crane is equipped with lifting limit, terminal stroke switch and so on. If the user does not put forward any requirements, we will supply the pulley collector. If the user has special requirements on the installation size of the collector, the user can change it by himself. Power supply wire pulley collector can be using ф 8-10 round steel erection crane rail should be good grounding, grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms.
