outdoor electric overhead travelling crane double girder bridge crane is capable of such works as transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic procesing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. It can also be used as a general double-girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is , light and medium. The working ambient temperature is generally -25 ~ 40 degrees. Yet it is forbidendded to work in environment that is combustible, explosive or corrosive.

The external appearance of the bridge crane is a single-span slab bridge supported on two parallel overhead rails at both ends. Double girder bridge cranes are generally composed of three parts: mechanical, electrical and metal structures.

Attention

When ordering, the technical requirements such as the highest and lowest temperature of the working environment and the type of power supply should be indicated. The overload limiter, large screen display and various protection devices are added to further increase the safety during use.

Packing&Shipping

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
